## Description

ADIA is pleased to announce its new 2026 Quantitative Residency Program, designed for exceptional PhD researchers and advanced doctoral candidates across a range of quantitative disciplines.

This program provides a unique opportunity to tackle complex, real-world challenges at the intersection of:

-   Quantitative Research
-   Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
-   Data Science
-   Systematic Investing

Participants will collaborate closely with our senior researchers, engineers, and scientific investment professionals, contributing to high-impact research in areas such as:

-   Uncertainty modeling
-   Robust portfolio optimization
-   Estimation of large‑scale covariance matrices
-   Agent‑based and agentic systems
-   Predictive modeling in low signal‑to‑noise environments
-   Modeling of social and economic network

## Requirements

We are looking for intellectually curious individuals with a strong passion for solving challenging, research-driven quantitative problems.

Our highly selective program is open to:

-   PhD students in their third year or beyond
-   Recent PhD graduates seeking research-focused industry experience
-   Candidates from relevant disciplines, including (but not limited to): Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Computational Finance, Engineering, and related quantitative fields.

Residency durations range from 3 to 18 months and will be based at our headquarter in Abu Dhabi.

Selected candidates will receive visa, relocation, accommodation support, as well as a competitive compensation and benefits package.
