## Description

We’re looking for a freelance Social-First Creative / Content Creator to support an upcoming pitch for a finance/pensions client.

You need to be someone who can develop engaging, platform-native content series concepts for Instagram and TikTok, turning what can be quite a dry subject matter into ideas that feel fresh, accessible and culturally relevant.

The role is primarily concept development rather than production, so we’re looking for someone with strong social instincts, a good understanding of current formats and behaviours, and experience creating repeatable content ideas rather than one-off posts.

You need to be experienced enough to explore different creative routes quickly, develop a range of strong options and clearly articulate and present the thinking behind them.

Key skills:

-   Strong social-first creative/content portfolio
-   Experience developing content series for TikTok and Instagram
-   Able to make complex or less traditionally exciting subjects engaging
-   Confident presenting and selling in creative ideas
-   Comfortable working quickly as part of a pitch team
