Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated and friendly _Portuguese Speaking Customer Representative_ to join our team. This unique opportunity allows you to work while living in the beautiful country of Greece.

**Your Role:**

-   Provide customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients using various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a great customer experience.
-   Utilize internal systems to manage client information and resolve issues effectively.
-   Collaborate with team members to deliver top-quality support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required.
