## Description

**Okie Staffing** is actively hiring **Heavy Equipment Operators**. Operators will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various heavy equipment on construction, infrastructure, and city projects.

Projects may include work for ODOT, turnpike authorities, municipalities, and commercial clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders in a safe and efficient manner
-   Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
-   Follow daily work plans and instructions from supervisors
-   Coordinate with crew members to ensure workflow and safety on-site
-   Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic maintenance during operations
-   Comply with all safety policies and OSHA regulations
-   Work overtime and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines

## Requirements

-   Valid heavy equipment operator certification or equivalent experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers skid steers or excavators.
-   Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment in construction or related fields
-   Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions
-   Strong safety awareness and commitment to following protocols
-   Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and rugged terrain
-   Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
-   Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary
-   Will require drug test and background

## Benefits

Pay: 17.50 to 20.00 DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday plus weekends when needed

Overtime: Required as needed
