## Description

VR Experience Associate (Gaming & Customer Service)  
  
Work Location:  
\- Orchard Central, Singapore  
  
Salary Range:  
\- $2,500 - $3,500  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Welcome customers and assist with bookings and enquiries.  
\- Introduce VR games and guide customers on equipment usage.  
\- Ensure VR stations and gaming equipment are properly set up and operational.  
\- Provide basic troubleshooting support during gameplay.  
\- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the outlet and equipment.  
\- Recommend suitable VR experiences based on customer preferences.  
\- Handle cashiering and payment transactions.  
\- Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing duties.  
\- Deliver professional and positive customer service experiences.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Interest in gaming, VR technology, or customer service.  
\- Good communication and interpersonal skills.  
\- Comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.  
\- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.  
\- Prior experience in retail, customer service, gaming, entertainment, or hospitality is an advantage.  
\- Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
