## Requirements

**About the Role**

We're looking for a Sr. User Analyst / Web Analyst to help create intuitive digital experiences for our Specialty Insurance business. You'll partner with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to gather requirements, improve user journeys, and deliver user-centered digital solutions.

**What You'll Do**

-   Gather and analyze business and user requirements.
-   Map processes, workflows, and user journeys.
-   Translate business needs into functional requirements and UX recommendations.
-   Create wireframes and support solution design.
-   Collaborate with development teams throughout the SDLC.
-   Support testing, implementation, and user training.
-   Develop documentation and provide guidance to stakeholders.
-   Identify opportunities to improve digital experiences and business processes.

**Requirements**

-   4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, User Analysis, Web Analysis, UX, or related fields.
-   Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
-   Knowledge of UX principles and wireframing tools.
-   Advanced English proficiency.
-   Bachelor's degree, high school diploma or equivalent required.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred**

-   Insurance industry knowledge.
-   Experience with testing, user training, and system implementation.
-   Familiarity with system monitoring tools.
