## Description

To ensure effective implementation of Quality Assurance systems and controls across production and relevant support functions by conducting in-process inspections, monitoring DQMS compliance, analyzing customer complaints, ensuring effective CAPA implementation, and driving defect prevention and continuous improvement. The role will also support audits, quality reporting, process compliance and traceability to maintain product integrity and operational quality standards

Responsibilities

-   Conduct in-process QA inspections across Assembly and assigned production areas to ensure compliance with defined quality standards and specifications.
-   Monitor the implementation of the Design Quality Management System (DQMS) across relevant departments and ensure adherence to approved requirements.
-   Conduct Design, R&D and Master Item Data audits to ensure system accuracy, product integrity and compliance with approved specifications.
-   Analyze monthly customer complaint trends, identify recurring issues and monitor CAPA implementation through verified closure.
-   Investigate damage-related complaints and damaged inventory, identify root causes, and coordinate containment and corrective actions to minimize quality losses.
-   Verify implementation of approved SOPs, work instructions, quality standards and process controls across relevant production and support areas.
-   Prepare quality reports, dashboards and performance analysis to highlight trends, recurring issues and areas requiring management attention.
-   Support internal, customer and certification audits, including preparation of required documentation and follow-up of audit findings.
-   Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect prevention, process capability, quality improvement and operational excellence.
-   Maintain accurate QA records and traceability documentation while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive actions.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering**, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering** or a relevant discipline.

**3–6 years of relevant experience** in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Experience in **in-process inspection, quality audits, customer complaints, CAPA and root cause analysis**

Good understanding of **Quality Management Systems, SOPs, process controls and quality standards**

Knowledge of **DQMS, product data management, Design/R&D processes and Master Item Data** will be an advantage.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare **quality reports, dashboards and trend analysis**.

Good understanding of audit processes, documentation and traceability requirements.

Proficiency in **MS Excel and reporting/analytical tools**; experience with ERP/SAP or other quality management systems will be preferred.

Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple quality-related issues.

Candidates with **ISO 9001 Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor or Six Sigma certification** will be preferred.
