Cross Border Talents is seeking a passionate and driven **Freelance Recruiter** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of the recruitment process, engaging with candidates and clients to ensure a successful match. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse roles across various industries and markets, making a significant impact on our clients' hiring success.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Source and attract candidates through creative and effective recruitment strategies.
-   Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
-   Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
-   Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing feedback and support.
-   Build and maintain a strong network of talent across different markets.

## Requirements

-   Experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
-   Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.
-   Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to recruiting.
-   Fluency in English and additional languages are an advantage.
