## Description

Job Title: Project Manager  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget  
\- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets  
\- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency  
\- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle  
\- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project team members  
\- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies  
  
Requirements:  
\- PMP certification required  
\- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience  
\- Expertise in Agile methodologies  
\- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills  
\- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
