## Description

**Roles and Responsibilities**

You are required to provide Logistics related administrative support to the team to ensure our inventory supplies are accurate and timely to support the Operations to achieve business objectives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

-   Day-to-day shlipments inbound and outbound monitoring
-   RTW (Return To Warehouses) RTV (Return To Vendors) co-ordination and documentations
-   Warehouse invoice processing
-   Inventory report and analysis
-   Any other tasks or assignments as assigned by your Superior or the Management

**Working Locations**

-   You will primarily based in our HQ Office located at Tampines
-   You will have to visit the stores in Changi Airport and the 3PL Logistics warehouse in Tuas on ad-hoc basis to attend to warehouse tasks as assigned. Company transportation or reimbursement will be provided

## Requirements

-   Diploma or equivalent in related discipline to logistics or supply chain management
-   Minimum 1 year relevant logistics experience preferred
-   MS Excel proficiency
-   Good team spirit and working attitude
-   We specialised in duty free travel retail of liquor and tobacco products and the applicnat must be comfortable to touch these products in the course of the work.
