## Description

**Mental Health Counselor Supervisor**

**Location:** Colorado  
**Pay:** $100/hr to $250/hr  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday

**Job Summary**

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking clinical supervisors in Colorado who can guide mental health professionals with structure, empathy, and practical clinical insight. This role is a good fit for providers who enjoy helping supervisees build stronger judgment and professional confidence.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
-   Support documentation, treatment planning, ethics, and professional development
-   Help supervisees strengthen clinical skills and decision-making
-   Follow Colorado licensing and supervision standards
-   Maintain professional supervision records and communication

## Requirements

-   Active Colorado clinical license in good standing
-   Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
-   Must be eligible to provide supervision under Colorado requirements
-   Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred
