## Description

A data center planning engineer manages the design, construction scheduling, and resource allocation for high-tech infrastructure projects. Core responsibilities include timeline tracking, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination. Location: Johor Bahru  
  
What You'll Actually Be Doing  
\-Experience in planning and scheduling large-scale construction projects  
\-Data Centre project exposure highly preferred  
\-Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project controls  
\-Ability to develop, monitor, and update project schedules  
\-Experience working with contractors, consultants, and clients  
\-Knowledge of critical path analysis and progress reporting  
\-Mitigation: Conduct delay analyses and establish recovery strategies.  
\-Tracking: Monitor critical path milestones, site progress, and equipment vendor lead times.  
\-Scheduling: Build and update integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.  
  
What You'll Bring  
\-Proficiency in project software, contract management, and understanding of mechanical/electrical (MEP) workflows.  
\-Degree in engineering or construction management.  
\-Background in mission-critical or large-scale technical construction.

\-Hyperscale data centres  
\-Mission-critical facilities  
\-Semiconductor manufacturing  
\-Pharmaceutical or life sciences facilities
