## Description

\## Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager / Project Manager to coordinate business and IT initiatives across multiple departments. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, external partners, and IT delivery teams, ensuring that priorities, requirements, expectations, and project activities remain aligned.

The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of business analysis, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, project coordination, and testing support experience. The position involves light-to-moderate project management responsibilities along with targeted business analysis activities.

\## Key Responsibilities

\* Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

\* Build and maintain productive relationships with business units, technical teams, and external partners.

\* Coordinate project activities, priorities, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.

\* Track project milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.

\* Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project-status discussions, and governance routines.

\* Gather, analyze, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.

\* Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable project tasks.

\* Assist with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint coordination.

\* Support Agile ceremonies and maintain visibility into project progress.

\* Use Azure DevOps or similar tools to manage backlogs, user stories, tasks, defects, and project documentation.

\* Document high-level business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.

\* Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and clearly understood by business and technical teams.

\* Coordinate testing activities and support User Acceptance Testing.

\* Review solution functionality and validate that completed deliverables meet approved business requirements.

\* Assist with defect tracking, issue resolution, and business acceptance.

\* Communicate project updates, risks, decisions, and changes to stakeholders.

\* Support continuous alignment between organizational objectives and IT solutions.

\## Required Qualifications

\* Three or more years of experience as a Business Relationship Manager, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar professional.

\* At least five years of experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.

\* At least five years of experience supporting Agile teams and Software Development Life Cycle processes.

\* At least three years of hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or a similar work-management platform.

\* At least three years of experience coordinating testing activities and supporting User Acceptance Testing.

\* At least three years of experience managing project deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.

\* At least three years of experience supporting backlog refinement, user-story development, sprint planning, and sprint coordination.

\* Strong experience facilitating communication and alignment between business and IT stakeholders.

\* Experience documenting high-level business processes and clarifying functional requirements.

\* Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

\* Ability to manage several priorities and initiatives involving multiple business units.

\* Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skills.
