## Description

**Join the Team Behind Big Feastival**

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven **Festival Admin Assistant** to support our Event Management Team in delivering one of the UK’s most exciting festivals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced live events environment, working closely with the Event Manager, Senior Director, and Festival Director during the critical planning and delivery stages.

### Key Responsibilities

**Administrative & Advancing Support**

-   Provide day-to-day admin support to the Event Manager, Senior Director, and Festival Director
-   Prepare and manage event documentation (schedules, site packs, briefing docs for staff, performers & talent)
-   Support accreditation processes and manage guest lists
-   Coordinate pre-event communications across teams

**Finance & Pre-Production**

-   Manage invoice processing and vendor set-up
-   Assist with sourcing and purchasing event production requirements

This is a contract role spanning from the beginning of June until 11th September offering 40 days work over that period

## Requirements

**Essential:**

-   Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
-   Confident written and verbal communication skills
-   Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
-   Proactive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset
-   Ability to create clear, professional documentation (creative flair in PowerPoint is a bonus!)

**Desirable:**

-   Previous experience in events, festivals, or live production
-   A genuine interest in live events, music, or festival culture
