This role is vital in ensuring that our Norwegian-speaking customers receive unparalleled support and service, helping to foster a culture of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Act as the primary contact for Norwegian-speaking customers, providing assistance through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
-   Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries efficiently and resolving any potential issues that arise.
-   Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for accurate tracking and analysis.
-   Monitor and identify trends in customer feedback to suggest improvements to the customer experience.
-   Collaborate with other departments to implement effective solutions that prioritize customer happiness.
-   Stay abreast of product offerings and updates to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
-   Contribute to a positive team dynamic by sharing insights and participating in team initiatives focused on enhancing customer service.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
-   Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
-   Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with customers.
-   Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling customer requests.
-   A passion for providing excellent customer service and enhancing customer happiness.
