## Description

**Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Remote Opportunity**

We are looking for a **Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)** to join our team in California! This role involves providing mental health support, conducting assessments, and implementing therapy plans to help individuals achieve stability and well-being.

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
**Compensation:** **$115,000 - $120,000** annually, plus benefits

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct thorough mental health assessments
-   Provide therapy to individuals, groups, and families
-   Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
-   Implement evidence-based treatment strategies
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
-   Active LCSW license in California
-   At least two years of experience in a clinical setting
-   Proficiency in electronic health records
