Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled communicators and are looking to be part of a dynamic team that values customer relations and efficient service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the manufacturing sector via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery status.
-   Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with internal departments such as sales and logistics to provide accurate information and support to clients.
-   Maintain detailed knowledge of company products, processes, and policies to serve customers effectively.
-   Document customer interactions and ensure accurate information retrieval for future reference.
-   Promote and educate customers on new products and services.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
-   A proactive approach to work and a desire to contribute to team success.
