Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Czech and English Content Moderator. In this important role, you will ensure the quality and safety of user-generated content across platforms while adhering to community guidelines. Your linguistic skills will be invaluable in fostering a welcoming online environment for Czech-speaking users and maintaining the platform’s integrity.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
-   Communicate effectively with users, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on moderation policies.
-   Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to maintain a safe user environment.
-   Analyze trends in content and user behavior to improve moderation practices and user engagement.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to refine community guidelines and enhance overall user experience.
-   Maintain thorough documentation of moderation actions for accuracy in reporting and audits.
-   Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with best practices in content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
-   Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of online community standards and user engagement strategies.
-   Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities.
-   Ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and empathetically.
-   Familiarity with content moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage content-related challenges.
