### CNA - One-on-One Home Care | Flexible Schedule

Phoenix Home Care is seeking an experienced **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** to provide one-on-one care for clients in their homes. If you're looking for a position where you can fully utilize your certification while building meaningful relationships with clients, this is the opportunity for you.

Unlike a facility setting, home care allows you to focus on one client at a time, providing skilled, compassionate care that helps them remain safe and independent at home.

**Flexible Scheduling Available**

-   Weekday shifts
-   Weekend shifts
-   Overnight shifts
-   We'll build a schedule based on your availability

**Pay Rate: $16-18 per hour w/ added shift differential for hours worked on Sat/Sun**

### What You'll Do

-   Provide skilled personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
-   Perform safe transfers and mobility assistance
-   Assist with Hoyer lift transfers
-   Provide ostomy care and catheter care
-   Monitor and report changes in client condition
-   Support clients with dignity, compassion, and respect
-   Build positive relationships with clients and their families

### Qualifications

-   Current Missouri CNA certification required
-   At least one year of CNA or comparable direct care experience preferred
-   Experience with Hoyer lifts, ostomy care, and catheter care required
-   Must be at least 18 years old
-   Valid driver's license
-   Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-   Ability to pass a background check and drug test
