We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Quality Assurance AM to join our high-performing QA team.

### **What You'll Do**

-   Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance policies and procedures in compliance with GMP standards.
-   Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate product manufacturing that complies with GMP standards.
-   Oversee and ensure compliance with QA standards in change processes for product and factory settings.
-   Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify adherence to regulatory requirements and GMP.
-   Handle and investigate customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
-   Provide training to relevant internal parties on quality assurance practices, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
-   Ensure accurate and timely completion of quality documentation and records.
-   Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance in supplement manufacturing.

## Requirements

**Who we’re looking for**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
-   Familiar with **PIC/s GMP Standard**. A PIC/s GMP background would be good, but it is not compulsory.
-   A minimum of  **5 years of experience** in a quality assurance **managerial** role, applicant with more experience can be considered as QA Manager.
-   Strong knowledge of QA processes, customer feedback handling, and complaint investigation.
-   Proficiency in occupational health and safety regulations and accreditation standards.
-   Excellent leadership and team management skills.            
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Excellent Chinese & English written and verbal communication skills.
-   Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and other relevant software.
