## Description

We are looking for a **licensed, experienced HVAC Technician** to join our growing team.

**About the Job**

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems, with a special focus on **boilers** and **chillers**. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to use your expertise to make a real impact on our commercial and industrial clients. You'll be a trusted expert, diagnosing and fixing intricate issues to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

**Your Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems.
-   Specialize in the service and maintenance of **boilers and chillers**.
-   Perform preventive maintenance to prevent system failures and extend equipment life.
-   Install new HVAC systems and components according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
-   Handle all aspects of the job from start to finish, including documentation and customer communication.
-   Respond to emergency service calls as needed.

## Requirements

-   **Mechanical License:** A valid and current mechanical license preferred, but not required.
-   **EPA Certification:** You must hold a valid EPA Universal certification.

-   **Proven Experience:** A minimum of **5 years of hands-on experience** with both **boilers and chillers** is mandatory. Please be prepared to provide details of your experience during the interview process.
-   **Driver's License:** A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
