This role allows you to engage with users and provide premier customer support, ensuring a seamless experience on the platform for Polish-speaking clients.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exemplary customer service to Polish-speaking users via multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media platforms.
-   Assist users with inquiries related to account management, features, and platform functionalities.
-   Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
-   Educate users about best practices and features of the service to enhance their overall experience.
-   Document all interactions carefully and contribute to the knowledge base for ongoing service improvements.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
-   Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and customer feedback to provide insightful support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
-   Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or social media sector, is advantageous.
-   Outstanding communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Proficiency in using customer service software and social media tools.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-   A genuine interest in social media and digital communication trends.
