## Description

We are looking for Norwegian speakers who want to relocate to Greece and join an international customer support team working with **Canon**, one of the world's best-known names in cameras, printers and imaging technology.

You'll work **remotely from your home in Greece**, receive full product training and build valuable experience in both customer service and technical support.

### Your Role with the Canon Support Team 📸

You'll help Norwegian-speaking Canon customers with questions about products such as cameras, printers and other imaging technology.

Your responsibilities include:

-   Supporting customers via phone, email and chat
-   Answering questions about Canon products and services
-   Troubleshooting technical issues
-   Guiding customers towards the right solution
-   Managing customer cases from question to resolution

**No need to be a Canon expert already** – you'll receive full product and technical training.

Along the way, you'll build practical experience in **technical support, troubleshooting, customer experience and consumer technology** – useful skills if you later want to explore other roles within tech, digital support or international customer operations.

## Requirements

You:

-   Speak **Norwegian fluently**
-   Have a good level of English
-   Enjoy technology and problem-solving
-   Communicate clearly and patiently
-   Are comfortable learning new systems
-   Are ready to live and work in Greece 🇬🇷
