**We're Hiring: Junior Accountant | Autohellas Hertz**

We are looking for a motivated **Junior Accountant** to join our Finance team. If you are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy communicating with customers, we would be pleased to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Process and maintain accounting records and financial transactions in SAP.
-   Prepare, issue, and verify invoices and other accounting documents.
-   Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
-   Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, account balances, and outstanding issues.
-   Monitor customer accounts and support the collections process.
-   Assist with month-end closing activities.
-   Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer service and smooth financial operations.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   0–2 years of accounting or finance experience
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
-   Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
-   Experience with or knowledge of **SAP** is considered a strong advantage.
-   Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
-   A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
