**Roles and responsibilities:**

-   Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all implementation accounts, ensuring effective communication and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
-   Manage and oversee special projects, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure timely and successful execution.
-   Participate in pre-onboarding and onboarding planning sessions with potential and new clients to ensure seamless transition and implementation.
-   Ensure a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience by aligning processes, timelines, and deliverables across all involved departments.

## Requirements

-   1 - 2 years proven experience as a **Project Manager / Coordinator** (Implementation / special projects / stakeholder management)
-   Ability to manage complex and multiple projects simultaneously
-   **BPO Industry** experience is an **advantage**
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Willing to work ONSITE in **Makati (Main Site)** and **Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working **nigh shift**
