## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is currently seeking a Croatian-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role provides an excellent opportunity to play a vital part in maintaining a safe and trustworthy digital environment for Croatian-speaking users within an international and dynamic company.

As part of your responsibilities, you will monitor user-generated content, identify potential risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety policies and community standards.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and assess digital content to enforce trust and safety guidelines for Croatian-speaking communities.
-   Engage with users proactively to address safety concerns and provide support.
-   Work alongside internal teams to enhance and develop digital safety strategies and policies.
-   Track and analyze safety trends and report insights to relevant stakeholders.
-   Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices in digital safety and compliance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Albanian (spoken and written), and a high level of English, is essential. You must clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be provided.
