-   **No pre-baked startup ideas needed.** In fact, we prefer that you leave traditional business ideas at the door so we can prioritise the exploration of your intrinsic motivation together.

-   **A commitment to a rigorous discernment process.** Before any investment, all candidates participate in **Intensive Foundation Design (IFD)**. This is not a formal interview; it is a collaborative, deep-dive reflection on your personal background, values, and how they align with systemic, long-term industry building.
