## Description

**Base Salary:** $90,000–$100,000  
**Total Compensation:** $95,000–$120,000  
_(commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)_  

**New for 2026:** Eligible PTs may also choose **up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE)** or a **$30,000 retention bonus** paid over four years.

**What You'll Do**

·         Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.

·         Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.

·         Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.

·         Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

·         Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.

**What You Bring**

·         Active (or in-progress) state PT license.

·         Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.

## Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

Active or eligible state Physical Therapist license
