## Description

Apt Resources is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Commis 1 to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring culinary professionals to develop their skills and work in a high-caliber hospitality environment.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to the hotel's standards and recipes.
-   Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure food safety and hygiene.
-   Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and plating.
-   Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
-   Follow instructions and adhere to the hotel's quality and safety standards.
-   Participate in kitchen briefings and training sessions to enhance culinary skills.
-   Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a Commis 1 or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment is preferred.
-   Basic culinary knowledge and understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
-   Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
-   Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts as required by hotel operations.
-   Must be currently in UAE
