We're an AI-native recruiting platform working with top-tier startups in NYC and SF, many backed by A16z, Sequoia, and Y Combinator. Demand is effectively unlimited right now and we need recruiters who can fill roles fast.

You'll source and place candidates into engineering, product, and operating roles at high-growth startups. You'll manage your pipeline end to end, build relationships with candidates, and move them through to close. You earn a % for every successful placement with no cap. Place more, earn more.

## Requirements

-   Track record of placing technical or startup talent (or willing to learn)
-   Self-directed and motivated by uncapped commission rather than a salary safety net
-   Ability to move quickly and close
-   Comfortable managing a full pipeline independently
