## Description

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated Slovenian-Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position includes fully paid relocation, offering a seamless transition for qualified professionals eager to develop their consulting career in a dynamic environment.

As a Solutions Consultant, you will engage with Slovenian-speaking clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive optimal support and solutions that drive success.

### Responsibilities

-   Consult with Slovenian-speaking clients to identify business challenges and requirements
-   Develop and present customized technology solutions to meet client needs
-   Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery
-   Provide training and ongoing client support for deployed solutions
-   Document client interactions, solution specifications, and project progress
-   Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovenian and English, both spoken and written.
-   Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong understanding of technology solutions and consulting principles
-   Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
-   Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is preferred
-   Willingness and availability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
