## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Consultant Urologist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in diagnosing and surgically managing a broad range of urological conditions in adult patients.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage complex urological conditions.
-   Perform a wide range of urological surgical procedures.
-   Manage conditions affecting the kidneys, ureters, bladder, prostate, and male reproductive system.
-   Perform endourological and minimally invasive procedures where appropriate.
-   Manage urinary tract stones, prostate disorders, urinary obstruction, and urological infections.
-   Evaluate and manage male reproductive and sexual health conditions.
-   Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Provide postoperative care and monitor patient recovery.
-   Manage urological emergencies when required.
-   Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists.
-   Counsel patients regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, and follow-up care.
-   Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MS/MCh/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Urology**.
-   Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level.
-   Strong experience in urological surgery and minimally invasive procedures.
-   Experience in endourology and laparoscopic procedures is an advantage.
-   Excellent surgical judgment, clinical skills, and decision-making abilities.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
