Join a team that's redefining transportation through autonomous vehicle technology. As a **Readiness & Response Operator II**, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our Robotaxi fleet is safe, reliable, and ready to serve riders every day.

This is more than a vehicle operations role. You'll combine technical troubleshooting, field operations, logistics, and customer support to keep our autonomous fleet running smoothly. Whether you're preparing vehicles for deployment, responding to service events in the field, or assisting riders during unexpected situations, your work will have a direct impact on the customer experience and the success of our operations.

### What You'll Do

As a Readiness & Response Operator II, you'll help ensure every Robotaxi is ready to deliver a safe, seamless rider experience.

Your responsibilities include:

-   Inspecting vehicles to verify safety, cleanliness, charging status, and overall operational readiness
-   Performing routine checks on sensors, onboard systems, and vehicle components
-   Diagnosing basic mechanical and software issues using internal tools and completing software updates when needed
-   Recovering, repositioning, and remotely operating vehicles during field response events
-   Assisting riders during service interruptions with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
-   Partnering with cross-functional teams to safely return vehicles to service as quickly as possible
-   Accurately documenting inspections, incidents, and operational activities
-   Following established safety procedures and operational standards at all times
-   Representing the organization with professionalism while supporting customers and the public

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   2+ years of experience in fleet operations, automotive, aviation, logistics, field service, hospitality, or another fast-paced operational environment
-   Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
-   Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
-   Comfort learning new software, tools, and operating procedures
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-   Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing situations
-   Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teammates
-   Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors as needed

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience inspecting, maintaining, or operating vehicles
-   Fleet operations or transportation experience
-   Experience in customer-facing operational roles where quick decision-making is essential
-   Interest in autonomous vehicles and emerging transportation technology

### Requirements

Candidates must:

-   Be available to complete required training and work the assigned shift schedule
-   Have held a valid in-state driver's license continuously for at least three years
-   Maintain a clean driving record
-   Successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review
-   Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of the role
