### Healthcare Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Location: Permanent Remote

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Healthcare Cold Caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent, strong phone presence, and experience speaking with healthcare providers or medical offices.

**This role is open to candidates located in developing countries in Asia and Latin America only.**

### Responsibilities

-   Call healthcare providers and medical offices from an assigned Excel spreadsheet/database of doctors
-   Work closely with the sales team to help formulate and improve call scripts
-   Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
-   Accurately document call notes, updates, and follow-ups in Salesforce
-   Transfer qualified accounts and opportunities to the Sales Manager
-   Maintain professionalism and strong communication during all outbound calls
-   Meet daily and weekly call and lead qualification targets

## Requirements

-   Strong spoken and written English skills with a professional American accent

-   Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or healthcare outreach experience preferred
-   Comfortable speaking with doctors’ offices and healthcare professionals
-   Experience using Excel and Salesforce required
-   Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
-   Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
-   Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience in healthcare sales, medical staffing, medical devices, or healthcare services
-   Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly over the phone
-   Female VA preferred
