## Description

Our client, an **AI data devtools startup**, is seeking **Strategic Projects Associates** to join their growing team.

**What They're Looking For**

The company is looking for highly driven early-career candidates with **0–1 years of experience** who thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments. Ideal candidates may have **founding experience in college**, leadership roles at top universities, or internships in **investment banking, private equity, consulting, quantitative finance, product management, or high-growth startups**.

Successful candidates demonstrate strong ownership, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to execute quickly on complex projects. A **STEM background, technical fluency, or experience using AI tools such as Claude** is a plus.

**What You'll Do**

-   Work closely with leading **AI labs** to help build next-generation datasets that advance the capabilities of cutting-edge AI systems while generating revenue for the company
-   Manage and coordinate teams of subject-matter experts across fields such as **finance, software engineering, and law**
-   Develop **sales memos, data samples, and materials** that support partnerships and business development efforts
-   Support a variety of **operational and strategic initiatives** across the organization

## Requirements

-   **0–1 years of experience** in fast-paced, high-performance environments
-   Leadership experience as a **founder or leader of a prominent organization or club at a top university**
-   Internship experience in **investment banking, private equity, consulting, quant roles, product management, or leading tech startups**
-   **Top-tier university background** or another strong signal of excellence (e.g., founding and scaling a company)
-   **STEM degree preferred**
-   Familiarity with **AI tools or basic coding ability** is a plus
-   Exceptional **ownership mentality, initiative, and resilience**
-   Strong **written and verbal communication skills**

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work at the intersection of **AI, operations, and strategy** while helping build foundational infrastructure for the next generation of AI systems.
