## Description

Application Support Engineer (Fresh Graduate) – Rotational Shifts

-   Provide first-level technical support for business applications and systems.
-   Monitor application performance and ensure system availability during assigned shifts.
-   Troubleshoot application issues, analyze incidents, and resolve basic technical problems.
-   Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams when required.
-   Monitor system logs, alerts, and scheduled jobs to ensure smooth operations.
-   Assist in software deployments, testing, and production support activities.
-   Perform basic database queries and system validation when needed.
-   Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and support activities accurately.
-   Utilize analytical and engineering problem-solving skills to identify root causes and improve system reliability.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous service availability and customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

Application Support Engineer (Fresh Graduate) – Rotational Shifts

-   Bachelor's degree in **Electronics Engineering**, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
-   Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
-   Basic understanding of application support, operating systems, and networking concepts.
-   Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is preferred.
-   Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
-   Good communication and teamwork abilities.
-   Willingness to work rotational or night shifts.
-   Good command of English.
-   Eagerness to learn new technologies and IT support tools.
