## Description

99BrightMinds is seeking a highly experienced **Senior Infrastructure Lead (VMware)** to lead and support enterprise virtualization and data center operations for a major airline organization . This role requires deep hands-on expertise in VMware technologies, infrastructure architecture, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security within mission-critical environments.

## Requirements

-   Administer, maintain, and optimize **VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter** environments.
-   Manage and support **VMware HA, DRS, and vMotion** to ensure high availability, workload balancing, and seamless migrations across the virtual infrastructure.
-   Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot **VMware vSAN** storage solutions to support enterprise workloads and business-critical systems.
-   Administer and maintain **VMware NSX** environments, including network virtualization, micro-segmentation, and security policies.
-   Monitor virtualization platform performance, capacity, and health, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
-   Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, patches, migrations, and lifecycle management activities.
-   Design and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity solutions for VMware workloads.
-   Manage integration between VMware platforms, enterprise storage systems, and SAN infrastructure.
-   Troubleshoot complex virtualization, compute, storage, and networking issues within the data center environment.
-   Implement infrastructure hardening and security best practices across virtualization platforms.
-   Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and architecture diagrams.
-   Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to support mission-critical services.
-   Lead root cause analysis and resolution of major infrastructure incidents.
