We're Hiring | Branch Manager – Mall of Egypt

Zhivago is looking for an experienced branch manager to join our team at Mall of Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Oversee the daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth workflow.

\- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

\- Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports.

\- Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained.

\- Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently.

\- Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's standards.

## Requirements

Requirements:

\- Minimum 4 years of experience in branch/store management.

\- Previous experience in fashion retail branch management is essential.

\- Proven experience in leading teams and achieving sales targets.

\- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

\- Ability to analyze performance and implement improvement plans.
