### Advantage Refrigeration is Hiring an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician!

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable **HVAC/Refrigeration Technician** to join our team in Peoria, AZ. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers great learning opportunities and the chance to grow with a team that values quality, professionalism, and integrity. **Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Wage Range**: $25–$38/hour

### Responsibilities:

-   Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in residential or commercial settings
-   Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot system malfunctions
-   Ensure systems comply with all safety and environmental standards
-   Accurately complete service records and communicate with clients professionally
-   Work closely with team members to meet client needs efficiently

## Requirements

-   **EXCEPTIONAL work ethic** — we’re looking for someone who takes initiative and delivers results
-   **Dependable, motivated, and punctual** — showing up ready to work, every day
-   Valid **driver’s license with a clean driving record**
-   Active **HVAC Certification**
-   **EPA Type II Certification** for refrigerant handling
