### Your Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury products, providing detailed information and support to enhance their shopping experience.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
-   Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on luxury market trends and product knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
-   A passion for luxury brands and customer service excellence.
-   Previous experience in customer support, particularly in luxury retail, is a plus but not mandatory.
-   Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
-   A polished and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
