**The Role**  
As a **Regional Talent Acquisition Supervisor**, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts, reporting directly to our Talent Acquisition Hub in Hong Kong. We're seeking an individual with a strong business acumen and a can-do attitude who is eager to contribute to our fast-growing business.

## Requirements

**What You’ll Be Doing**

-   **Talent Sourcing:** Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
-   **Market Insights:** Provide insights into local employment market trends to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness.
-   **Candidate Engagement:** Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
-   **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their talent requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
-   **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities, providing updates to the Talent Acquisition Hub in Hong Kong.
-   **Continuous Improvement:** Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**You’d Be a Fit If You**

-   At least 2 years’ experience in in-house talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
-   Demonstrate strong business acumen, enabling you to align talent strategies with overall business objectives.
-   Possess a proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
-   Have a solid understanding of the local employment market and industry trends.
-   Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
-   Are well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
