We have an exciting opportunity for an **Accounts Payable Clerk** on site in Kepak Kilbeggan County Westmeath This is a permanent contract reporting to the Finance Manager. This position can be part-time (4 days a week) or full time.

**Key Responsibilities:**         

-   Weekly payroll for 60 employees
-   Generating Purchase Orders
-   Posting Invoices
-   Processing SEPA payments
-   Reconciliation of Monthly Supplier Statements and liaising with Suppliers
-   Filing of documentation to support Finance audits
-   Monthly Stationery Order
-   Adhoc office duties as required by the business
-   Assist with Holiday cover within the Finance Department

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role
-   Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-   Knowledge of basic accounting principles
