Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs and skill levels of individual gymnasts.  
\- Provide expert coaching in rhythmic gymnastics techniques, including apparatus handling, choreography, and performance skills.  
\- Monitor and assess the progress of athletes, providing constructive feedback and adjustments to training plans as needed.  
\- Prepare gymnasts for competitions, ensuring they meet the required standards and are mentally and physically ready.  
\- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a supportive and effective training environment.  
\- Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes during training sessions and competitions.  
\- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in rhythmic gymnastics to continuously improve coaching methods.  
  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Proven experience as a rhythmic gymnastics coach, with a strong track record of developing successful athletes.  
\- In-depth knowledge of rhythmic gymnastics techniques, rules, and regulations.  
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and staff.  
\- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their best performance.  
\- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.  
\- Certification in coaching or a related field is preferred.  
\- First aid and CPR certification is an advantage.  
\- Passion for rhythmic gymnastics and a commitment to the development of young athletes.
