**What you’ll do**

LawY’s product and customer base is growing, and so is our marketing team. You’ll join as the 2IC to the Head of Marketing. This is a hands-on generalist role in a scale-up so one day you might be helping with event merchandise and testimonials, and the next it will be email marketing campaigns and running webinars! This is a doer-and-thinker role - you’ll have the autonomy to execute campaigns, build our brand and be a key player in our growth story cementing LawY as the trusted authority in legal AI. You’ll do all of this in a tight knit team with zero egos alongside people who genuinely care about the impact on the global legal landscape. 

**To make this happen you will:**

-   Strategise, execute, optimise, and amplify end-to-end marketing campaigns across a range of channels including content, email, events
-   Manage stakeholders across functions, present to senior leadership when necessary, and confidently push back as needed to steer marketing decisions in the right direction
-   Champion our brand story through developing our voice, defining messaging, crafting compelling copy, and advocating for consistency across internal teams and external partners
-   Collaborate extensively with product, engineering, ops, and the new sales function to drive key marketing objectives
-   Own the numbers through monitoring performance, advocating methodical testing and optimisation, and identifying new opportunities and channels for growth
-   Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across content, email, events, and partnerships to support both A) immediate sales goals and B) long-term brand building objectives
-   Assist with ad hoc marketing and support tasks across the team

**What you’ll bring**

You'll have 5-7 year’s experience in B2B marketing roles, and you’re hungry to join a scale-up at a pivotal time where you’ll help deliver results that matter. On top of this you have:

-   Experience in startup, scale-up, agency, or tech environment where ambiguity and shifting goal posts are part of the job
-   Some team management experience.
-   Generalist experience with depth across multiple channels – you’ve done paid, content, brand, events, email, and partnerships, not just specialised in one
-   Track record of running campaigns end-to-end – from strategy through execution to measurement and optimisation
-   Proficient in HubSpot, Webflow (or equivalents), and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalents)

**Even better if you have**

-   You’re a strong copywriter with a sharp eye for messaging – you can write for lawyers (or any technical, sceptical audience) and elevate the brand through the words on the page
