## Description

Essel is looking for talented Solar Installers to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of cutting-edge solar energy systems for both residential and commercial properties. You will play a crucial role in supporting the transition to renewable energy while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Install solar panels and related components according to project designs and safety guidelines.
-   Conduct assessments of installation sites to determine the best layout and design for solar systems.
-   Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations.
-   Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
-   Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems as needed.
-   Adhere to all safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
-   Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any issues to the supervision.
-   Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients throughout the installation process.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a solar installer or similar role in the construction field.
-   Familiarity with solar PV systems and electrical components.
-   Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
-   Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of safety practices.
-   Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
-   Willingness to travel to various job sites as assigned.
-   Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
-   High School Diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
