Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a **Business Analyst** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**

-   Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
-   Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand needs, challenges, and process requirements.
-   Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
-   Support the delivery of projects by working closely with development, testing, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
-   Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements, optimization, and automation.
-   Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), supporting test preparation, execution, and issue resolution.
-   Contribute to stakeholder communication, project workshops, and change initiatives to ensure successful solution adoption.

## Requirements

-   B.Sc. in Information Technology, Business Analysis or equivalent discipline.
-   Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, banking, insurance, asset management, or related industries.
-   Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investments, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, or Risk Management, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Compliance, or related areas.
-   Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
-   Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
-   Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
