**Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct thorough investigations of equipment damage incidents including tractors, trailers, and cargo handling equipment.
-   Analyze damage patterns and prepare detailed damage reports.
-   Collaborate with maintenance teams, drivers, and operations staff to gather comprehensive incident information.
-   Identify high-risk routes, facilities, and operational scenarios through trend analysis.
-   Work with safety teams to establish best practices and standard operating procedures.
-   Generate monthly and quarterly damage analysis reports for senior management.
-   Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed prevention initiatives.
-   Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
-   3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or insurance industries is an asset.
-   Strong analytical skills is preferred.
-   Experience with claims management systems and processes.
-   Knowledge of commercial vehicle operations and equipment types.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
