## Description

A high-performance North Jersey law firm is looking for **two driven attorneys** to step into key roles within their growing team:

-   **Trial Attorney (Personal Injury)**
-   **Workers’ Compensation Attorney**

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Manage a full caseload from intake through settlement or trial
-   Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
-   Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements
-   Prepare cases for trial, including:

-   Depositions
-   Hearings
-   Witness coordination
-   Exhibit preparation

-   Deliver exceptional, compassionate client service

## Requirements

### **What You Bring**

-   Admitted Attorney (New Jersey Bar required)
-   Experience in **Personal Injury** or **Workers’ Compensation**
-   Trial experience (essential for Trial Attorney role)
-   Strong litigation and negotiation skills
-   Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with precision
-   A results-driven, high-energy mindset
