## Description

Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor for our client's lifestyle restaurants. The Floor Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   A strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
-   Ability to manage a team effectively and train new staff
-   Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-   High school diploma, or additional qualification in hospitality management is a plus
