## Description

Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.  
\- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.  
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.  
\- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for new marketing campaigns.  
\- Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising.  
\- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.  
\- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.  
\- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to enhance marketing efforts.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.  
\- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the hospitality industry.  
\- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.  
\- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.  
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
\- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.  
\- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
